Roda Golf & Beach Resort is the Calidona Group’s first Golf project, created in 2003 in San Javier, Murcia, Spain.
Due to Roda’s excellent Location – walking distance to the beautiful blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor, only 5 minutes from San Javier International Airport and architectural design, this Resort has become the market benchmark.
Roda Golf & Beach Resort was created on a 1,000,000m2 , four phases have been developed with 1,800 homes around a 18 hole par 72 golf course designed by Dave Thomas. The course’s golf captain is famed Scottish golfer Sam Torrance, 2002 European Ryder Cup Captain and Golf Captain for all Calidona’s golf courses. There are three principal types of property at Roda, three storey apartment buildings with 2 or 3 bedroom properties, semi-detached houses and individual villas right on the golf course.

Roda also offers its owners preferential membership to the exclusive Beach Club located on the north side of La Manga del Mar Menor. Dolphin Golf Property can see Calidona’s commitment to excellence and it desire to have exceptional facilities that have been recognised by the prestigious PGA. This resort together with its sister resort Corvera Golf & Country Club will have the most advanced technology for use by Professionals as well as amateurs. Corvera will become the training school for the PGA of Europe.
Roda has recently opened its new Clubhouse with La Higuera Restaurant, Bar & Terrace, serving breakfast, tapas….from 7.00am also Pizza, Pasta and Cocktails enjoy on the fabulous terrace overlooking the Golf Course.
