Key Ready

Purchasing a Key Ready property is where the property is complete and you can physically visit your property, allowing you to examine the build quality, location within the development and therefore obtain a true reflection of the proposition to confirm whether it is the most appropriate for you.  Sometimes these key ready properties can be obtained at a beneficial price as the developer is usually keen to sell, sometimes these properties are not simply what are left on the development but may even be fully furnished show apartments or villas in prime locations!!

Resales

This is simply a secondary market, in which an existing owner wishes to sell his overseas Property and therefore the actual Purchase Price is determined between the seller and the buyer.

Contract Resale

Many people have purchased overseas Golf Property only to find their personal circumstances have changed.  Some may have been encouraged to buy more than one and now find it impossible to complete, especially given the current financial market.

These individuals may be open for a reasonable offer on their contract, as otherwise they may run the risk of the developer retaining their deposits, if they are no longer in a position to complete.
