There are two resort calendars available to select from:

To gauge the fraction most suited to your needs, simply select your preferred vacation type, go to the appropriate calendar and chose from any of the two week packages:

  • Silver Fractions from  £18,000
  • Gold Fractions from  £30,000
  • Platinum Fractions from  £40,000

Freedom Weeks

Resort Freedom Weeks become available for reservation each year based upon the type of fraction package held by the owner. Each owner has the ability to reserve two Freedom Weeks per year in-addition to the pre-allocated weeks guaranteed through purchase of a fraction Package. Please note that Freedom Weeks can be reserved in one or two week periods.

  • Platinum Owners  Advanced booking available 12 months from date of departure.
  • Gold Owners  Advanced booking available 11 months from date of departure.
  • Silver Owners  Advanced booking available 10 months from date of departure.

*Fraction upgrades are allowed subject to availability

Exchange Programme

Becoming a fraction owner also enables both Reserved Weeks and Freedom Weeks to be exchanged for the same entitlement at over 2,000 resorts available within our Exchange Programme. Once more, the facility also permits exchanged weeks to be banked for up to 3 years.*

  • The exchange process commences with the owner claiming their Reserved Weeks or Freedom Weeks with David Lloyd Resorts.
  • Once confirmed within David Lloyd Resorts, the weeks to transfer are taken out of the Resort inventory and deposited into the Exchange programme inventory.
  • Owners can then search the Exchange inventory for a new destination and departure date
  • If, after making a deposit into the Exchange inventory, the owner is unable to make a new reservation immediately, they can then exercise their right to hold their entitlement open for up to 3 years (*this maximum would be achieved by confirming departure with David Lloyd Resorts 12 months from date of departure and then instructing our Exchange Partner to hold their allocation open for 2 years).

One or both fraction weeks can be exchanged as desired.

Owner Share Capital

All owners receive share ownership certificate in their desired fractional package. At re-sale this means all owners receive a proportionate return to their share equity held.

  • Each Silver Fraction  6.3% share capital held
  • Each Gold Fraction  7.9% share capital held
  • Each Platinum Fraction  10.55% share capital held
